Established in the year 1984, we Pransu Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., are one of the prominent Manufacturer, Exporter, Wholesaler, Trader, Supplier of superior-quality Specialized Chemical Products. Our company started its own distribution business in 1984 under the brand name M/s Saraf Chemicals Ltd., Since our inception we have been the key distributor for many leading chemical companies like e.g. M/s Excel Industries Ltd., M/s TCM Ltd., M/s Gulshan Chemicals Ltd. etc. Our mentor has passed his Chemical Engineering with distinction from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and has experience of working in various capacities in a leading Public Limited Company namely M/s Transpek Industries Ltd., Baroda, which is the largest manufacturer of Sodium Hydrosulphite and Thionyl Chloride in India. After five years of experience in this organization in various diverse positions like production, R&D and marketing on an all India basis, he came to Bombay and started marketing Sodium Hydrosulphite of M/s Transpek Industries Ltd. in the state of Maharashtra in the capacity of ‘Chief Executive’ of M/s Rasendra Chemexport Pvt. Ltd, which he continued for four years. The average turnover of the company was about two crores in the year 1982.

Having witnessed excellent scope and opportunity in Maharashtra, he started his own company namely M/s Saraf Chemicals Ltd. along with another three companies which were mainly partnerships and proprietorships. These companies operated till 1992, after which the businesses of all the above companies were transferred into a single unit, company namely M/s Pransu Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. This is a closely held company of the Shroff family. Today the company has a turnover of Rs. 30 crores per annum. Right since our inception we have been very clear that we would work only for specialized products manufactured by our distributors. We refrain them from doing market-trading of chemicals. We are also maintaining the old products of our agencies. They find extensive usage in heat treatments salts, caustic Chlorine, soap manufacturers, leather industries and various other industries.

Under the efficient guidance and support of our mentor Mr. Sanjay Patne, we have garnered a loyal client base. Our ethic-oriented approach to business has stood us in good stead in the market. We have been highly acclaimed as a force to reckon with. Our growth rate since our inception has been steady and we intend on continuing the same.

Last year our turnover was Rs 50 million in March 2012 and a reserve of Rs 5 million . We are expecting a growth of 25% in the current year and in two years are proposing to add 10 more products and achieve a turnover of rs 100 million.
